This air-conditioned end unit will insure
that your privacy will not be
disturbed by foot traffic. The condo also
features three balconies: a small one off the second bedroom facing the water,
one off the master bedroom, and the large one that spans the front of the living
room and master bedroom. This main balcony contains your private hot tub
-- see the little window on the front-outside corner of the unit. Here is
your private hot tub. The 4th floor is special in that it has an extra deep main
balcony compared to most other floors.
Conveniently located in the heart of the
Marina Vallarta district, you are a short walk to the Plaza Marina and Plaza Neptuno. These shopping
centers offer a variety of stores and restaurants. Plaza Marina also features a U.S. style
Super Market for all your needs.
Within a 5-minute walk you will find
yourself at the Marina with its extensive board walk where you may shop, enjoy a
meal at a wide variety of restaurants, pamper yourself at a spa, or arrange for
sightseeing excursions.
We do require a 7 night minimum stay for
this property. Porto Fino is unlike the Mega Resorts and other
complexes that are high profile and high turnover. Rather it is designed for
those that wish a relaxing, longer term vacation or part-year residence.

inside the Plaza Caracol, just a short 10-minute walk from the Sea
River Tower/Holiday Inn complex. There is a similar type store called
Comercial Mexicana in a strip mall called Plaza Marina near Porto
Fino.
